ToneDeaf Studio Membership — Effective June 2026

These terms govern your membership with ToneDeaf Studio. By subscribing to any membership plan, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Membership Plans

ToneDeaf Studio offers four membership tiers, each providing a monthly allowance of studio hours and remote mix credits:

Full Day Bookings — Studio Pass and Pro Pass members book studio time in shorter sessions only. Band Pass and Label Pass members may book full day (8hr) blocks. This reflects the nature of each plan and studio availability management.

2. Minimum Commitment Period

All memberships have a minimum commitment period. Studio Pass, Pro Pass, and Band Pass require a 3-month minimum. Label Pass requires a 6-month minimum. Cancellations requested before this period is complete are subject to an early exit fee.

3. Early Exit Fee

If you cancel your membership before the end of your minimum commitment period, an early exit fee applies. The fee is calculated as 20% of your monthly rate × the number of remaining months in your commitment period.

The early exit fee will be invoiced to you after cancellation is confirmed and is due within 14 days.

4. Credit Rollover Policy

Unused studio hours and mix credits roll over for one month only. If you do not use rolled-over credits within the following month, they expire. Rolled-over credits are used after your base monthly credits.

5. Overage Rates

If you exceed your monthly credit allowance, additional usage is billed at the following member rates — discounted from standard non-member pricing:

Overage invoices are issued after each session and are due within 14 days.

6. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Session bookings must be requested through the member portal.
Bookings are confirmed subject to studio availability.
You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session at no charge. Credits are refunded in full for cancelled bookings.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may not receive a credit refund.

7. Billing & Payment

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
If a payment fails, your membership will be flagged as past due. Access may be suspended if payment is not resolved within 7 days.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

8. Cancellation Process

To cancel your membership, use the Cancel Membership option in your member portal dashboard. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that. If an early exit fee applies, an invoice will be issued within 2 business days.

9. Changes to Terms

ToneDeaf Studio reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of your membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active members of any material changes by email.
